For the past three years Huish Episcopi School has hosted a Japanese Enrichment Day, where gifted and talented students are selected to take part in a range of activities including, origami and taiko drumming. The catering students prepare a Japanese style lunch for the pupils involved and decorations are placed throughout the school. Huish invite students from Crispin, Haygrove, Robert Blake, East Bridgwater, Preston and Chilton Trinity to take part in the day.

25th March 2010- All consultants that were that taught last year at the enrichment day have comfirmed they are coming back to Huish Episcopi on 30th June 2010 for the fourth Japanese enrichment day.
18th March 2010- The assembly today was based on Japan and its festivals throughout the year. The powerpoint used will soon be online, available for use. A link to this will be posted as soon as it is available.

This year on 30th June 2010 there will be Huish Episcopi's fourth Japanese Enrichment day. There will be a martial arts workshop for students to participate in, as well as activities from previous years.
